Kincaid
Mezzo-soprano
Elspeth
received the Dean’s Award at the Indiana University
School of Music where she studied as an undergraduate
and sang Alice in The Secret Garden, Flora
in La traviata, and Alisa in Lucia di Lammermoor,
among other roles.
For
Utah Festival Opera, she performed Ida in Die Fledermaus
and Sister Sophia in The Sound of Music. She
has sung concerts of operatic arias and oratori, and
was a finalist in the 2003 Palm Beach Opera Competition.
Ms.
Kincaid was born in Missouri.
At
the Academy of Vocal Arts she has performed Dorabella
in Cosi fan tutte, Zerlina in Don Giovanni,
and Wellgunde in Das Rheingold.
